We used a skinny green tree last year and it always felt empty. This one has been up two weeks. I fluffed the hinged sections one evening, left it without ornaments for a few days, and the flocking still reads from the hallway. Added our old warm lights after. I was worried 6.5 ft would look sparse in our bay window. After fluffing, the mixed tips hold our glass ornaments without big gaps. We keep a few lower branches simpler so the snow shows. Pre-lit trees always had the wrong color for our room. This one came unlit so we used the copper string we already had. The flocked pine looks full from the sofa.
